Wi-Fi, because of its ubiquity, familiarity and low cost, is leaving the home office and taking over the home networking environment. In the second segment from my visit to the home of Kelly Davis-Felner, marketing director of the Wi-Fi Alliance, we talk about Wi-Fi in relation to other wireless home networking standards for entertainment,t such as Amimon’s WHDI or the point-to-point wireless HD video efforts pushed by SiBeam.
